In designing the Airbit mobile app, Heat Studio, in cooperation with STRV, conceptualized an innovative solution to ensure users could effortlessly explore and browse available beats. Our design featured a TikTok-like feed, allowing users to scroll through a curated selection of beats, each represented by a unique visual LP. When a user played a beat, the LP would turn, providing a visual cue that the beat was playing. Users could then swipe up to access additional information about the beat, such as the name of the producer and the price.
Although this project never progressed beyond the design phase, the feed concept aimed to make the process of exploring and browsing beats more engaging and interactive, offering users a clear visual representation of each beat. Our collaborative effort was geared towards enhancing the overall user experience, making the app more enjoyable and intuitive to use. Airbit, with its community of over 1 million users, continues to inspire innovative design solutions like this.
